Learning cycle of special task学习周期的特殊任务 For a special task newly assigned to an apprentice, the learning cycle are employed to demonstrate the necessary steps and strategies needed to achieve our goal. There will be many different learning phase, we will need different learning attitude and skill to attend their learning. For an easy job, the learning process is easy. Just do it and you will get it. However, this kind of mistake is very hard to avoid due to the knowledge type is short term memory which is subject to forget after two months period at most. Literally we can forget about it in a blink of eyes or distracted immediately by something just passing by. Unless his short term memory can be added to long term memory by the context in his mind (by the flash back memories in his deepest stage of sleep at night, quick eye movement period). The reliability of LT memories is so solid even we have been electrified it won’t fade away. This is no joke for psychologist did do the experiment on human body and found this is true. The most recent LT memory we can retreat is two months ago after electric shock. Any memory within two months are gone with the shock which we called it ST memory. However our memories are neutral to right or wrong. It is not something we can remember is always right.
